JOHN’S POWER DRINK

 

1 banana

4 scoops of blueberries

2 scoops of raspberries

½ a small apple

¼ cup of whey

3 cups of soy milk (vanilla) flavor

 

in blender for three minutes

 

Take one big cup prior to work out ( 1 hour weights and exercise or 20 kms. on your bike) so your stomach has something to work on and one cup after the workout and shower. Have the rest in the fridge for snacking on during the day
